Access Free Neurodiverse friendly Templates

This week is National Inclusion Week, and we wanted to share something we’ve been working on for a while.
A few years ago I was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia. It changed how I think about a lot of things — including what good HR actually looks like for neurodivergent employees, and for the managers trying to support them without a script to work from.

So we’ve written the script.

Our new “How To HR” guides and templates are free, ND-friendly resources for anyone managing people — practical guidance and ready-to-use templates covering adjustment requests, line manager guidance, disciplinary and performance conversations, and more, including a dedicated Neuroinclusion Toolkit.

Every guide is in plain English, checked for accessibility, and built to standards from the British Dyslexia Association, GOV.UK and the National Autistic Society — not just labelled inclusive, but actually built that way.
They’re free to download from our website: Click on the text below.
How To HR: ND Support
If you take a look, we’d love thirty seconds of feedback — a score out of 10 for how likely you’d be to recommend it, and anything you think is missing. It’s how we’ll shape what comes next.

P.S. Don’t worry if you currently rely on the standard templates and guides, we’ve kept them all as an option to use (click on the drop down menu – Standard).  However, we really recommend taking a look at the Neurodiverse friendly versions.
