Senior Client Services Manager
Chrissie is a qualified CIPD member who has worked for Breathing Space for 9 years but also has significant HR experience in a variety of operational, management and project roles. She has over 35 years of experience in Banking, Charities and HR Consultancy for a variety of SME clients.
Responsibilities: Support for client delivery team on HR Strategy, project management of Breathing Space client services, change management and improvement projects. Oversight and point of escalation of all key activities.
Chrissie loves to travel and enjoys painting in her spare time.
Mandy
People Partnering Manager
Mandy is a Chartered Member of CIPD with 25 years of experience in various senior roles within corporate HR and SME outsourced HR.
Responsibilities: Advising on People strategy delivery for our clients, liaising on senior employee issues and advising senior management/director team. Management of People Partnering and Administration team & oversite and point of escalation of all people-related activities.
Mandy loves spending time with her family and 3 cats and also loves her holidays. Mandy is also interested in anything historical and is currently researching her family tree.
Sharon
People Partner
Sharon has over 15 years’ experience of working in HR. Key areas of expertise include; absence, change management, policies and employee relations.
Responsibilities: Day to day running of employee experience & HR processes, including case management issues, e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, employee conduct and other aspects such as employee handbooks and contracts.
Sharon enjoys baking, reading and looking after friends’ dogs.
Natalie
People Partner
Natalie is a CIPD Associate member level 5 with over 3 years of experience working in HR and over 10 Year Line Management experience in retail. Key areas of expertise include; negotiation and conflict resolution, policies and procedures and employee relations.
Responsibilities: Day-to-day running of employee experience and HR processes, including case management issues, e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, employee conduct and other aspects such as employee handbooks and contracts.
Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends and visiting different places.
Karen
EA to Business Owner & MD
Karen joined us with 30 years’ experience as a PA. For the 13 years prior to joining us, she was engaged in an operational improvement role for a global company in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities: daily diary and email management for the MD interacting with clients, individuals and suppliers and promoting a professional image. Providing comprehensive business support for the team and undertaking project work including developing and implementing key business processes and procedures to continually improve our business working practices.
Karen loves spending time with her family, cycling and is bit of sun worshipper who never misses an opportunity to top up her Vitamin D levels.
Rachel
Business Support Assistant
Rachel is a philosophy graduate with 4 years of volunteering experience.
Responsibilities: Providing general admin support for Administration and Operations Teams such as drafting documents and creating forms. Contributing to the DevelopME system admin including: adding and removing users; creating bespoke sites according to client needs and running data reports.
Rachel is a member of an archery club and can play the violin.

Clare has 30 years experience working in communication agencies for corporate clients globally, in the property, retail, automotive and travel sectors.
Responsibilities: supporting the HR team, Clare is the first port of call to introduce our services to new and prospective clients. She ensures all of our clients are kept up to speed with all the comprehensive support services we provide and ensures we are delivering best practice for all our clients.
Clare enjoys playing tennis, is a box-set binger and a fan of old-school sweets.

A Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs with 45 years of ‘real life’ business experience within B2B and B2C, SME, commercial and corporate sectors. Neil brings a broad range of financial, sales, marketing & operational experience.
Responsibilities: As our Commercial and Finance Director, Neil provides strategic direction and planning to all aspects of the business, working on the ethos that, the greatest asset of a successful Director is the ability to achieve greater results with the team than can be achieved by the individuals working alone.
