Karen joined us with 30 years’ experience as a PA. For the 13 years prior to joining us, she was engaged in an operational improvement role for a global company in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities: daily diary and email management for the MD interacting with clients, individuals and suppliers and promoting a professional image. Providing comprehensive business support for the team and undertaking project work including developing and implementing key business processes and procedures to continually improve our business working practices.
Karen loves spending time with her family, cycling and is bit of sun worshipper who never misses an opportunity to top up her Vitamin D levels.
Rachel is a philosophy graduate with 4 years of volunteering experience.
Responsibilities: Providing general admin support for Administration and Operations Teams such as drafting documents and creating forms. Contributing to the DevelopME system admin including: adding and removing users; creating bespoke sites according to client needs and running data reports.
Rachel is a member of an archery club and can play the violin.
