Do they match your business priorities?
With ongoing economic uncertainties, advancements in HR technologies, evolving business needs, and pressing talent challenges, the role of HR is rapidly transforming.

Gartner surveyed over 1400 HR leaders, asking what the future looks like and priorities for 2025.
1️⃣ Leader & Manager Development:
75% of HR leaders believe managers feel overwhelmed, while 70% say current leadership programmes don’t prepare managers for future demands. Building adaptable, resilient leaders will be essential.
2️⃣ Organisational Culture:
Although HR leaders value culture, gaps remain. Research shows 57% of managers don’t actively enforce cultural values, and 53% of leaders don’t feel accountable for them. Bridging this disconnect is crucial for success.
3️⃣ Strategic Workforce Planning:
Only 15% of organisations currently engage in strategic workforce planning, limiting their ability to anticipate future talent needs. A shift toward skill-based, forward-thinking planning will be critical.
4️⃣ Change Management:
With constant change — from evolving work models to new technologies — 73% of employees report feeling “change fatigue.” Meanwhile, 74% of HR leaders agree managers are underprepared to lead transformations.
5️⃣ HR Technology:
As organisations invest in HR tech to boost efficiency, 55% of HR leaders report their current tools don’t meet business needs, and 51% struggle to measure ROI. Optimising HR systems will be a top priority.
