About Suzie Bogle
I have been working in HR for 15 years for a variety of organisations - NHS, Bookies, Accountants, Engineers and Bankers. I have worked on the front line in HR, working closely with managers through difficult people issues and floated to the top to work with Directors and CEOs on major projects in re-structure, HR processes and systems, aquisition, new sites and redundancies.
Now I mainly work with companies from 2 to 200 employees as an HR Consultant and HR Strategy advisor, it is an exciting place to be - variety of businesses, personalities, cultures and problems! However, the principles of good people management are the same and employment law applies to all employers and whatever the size of the organisation, I can now say I don’t think any issue is going to surprise me - how people react to it might though!
My job is about problem solving and then education to hopefully prevent the problems happening again and get the organisation working effectively.
As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I have been recognised for my ability and experience in advising chief executives who wish to develop human resources strategies in their organisations. (cool huh?)
I have been lucky enough to be asked speak on HR related subjects in various forums from Seminars to Radio. I also write for a number of publications on HR Management and Strategy for small and medium sized businesses.

Suzie
Your blog is reading upside down (last post first) so it looks out of date. If you know someone to fix it -great, you could try Reachfurther and have a word with Helen Whitehead-she knows about these things. PS Are you on Twitter?
